Last winter, I had the pleasure of working with Dhennice and Christian, who were visiting from Australia. Despite it being their first time in Korea, they chose to venture beyond Seoul and explore the historic city of Gyeongju. I always enjoy meeting people who are eager to go off the beaten path—Gyeongju, the ancient capital of the Silla Dynasty, is the perfect place for that.
We spent most of our session around Woljeong Bridge and Gyochon Traditional Village, two of my favorite spots in the city. This area offers a beautiful mix of tradition and scenery, with plenty of picturesque backdrops for photos. Here are some of my favorite images from our shoot.
