Ahopsan Bamboo Forest is one of my personal favorite locations for portrait sessions in Busan. The ancient bamboo provides a uniquely Korean and Asian background for family and couple photos. There’s also a beautiful Korean traditional Hanok house that is a perfect backdrop for portraits.
Last autumn, I had the pleasure of working with Mackenzie and Evan at Ahopsan. Despite being it late-November, we were blessed with a very pleasant temperature for our stroll through the forest. We even got a little autumn foliage, as Busan is typically a week or two behind the northern areas in terms of the color change in the trees.
