At the beginning of June, I had the pleasure of working with Janelle and Jeremy in Seoul. Their wedding was to be in a few months and they wanted some engagement photos during their trip to Seoul. We chose locations in Samcheong-dong and Gahoe-dong, basically spots around Gyeongbokgung Palace without actually going into the palace. This gave their shoot an urban yet Korean feel. One notable spot for me on this shoot was the Yeollin Songhyeon Green Lung Plaza, a park just outside of Gyeongbokgung. The May flowers were still in bloom, and it was a nice addition to our shoot.
*Important: Please note that shooting at Bukchon Hanok Village is subject to availability. While many tourists do go there, it is a residential area and the regulations, curfew, etc., in that time are constantly changing.
