The Parker Family – Ulsan, South Korea Portrait Photographer

One great thing about being a photographer is getting to witness (and document) families grow and change.  I first met Joanna and Wyatt during our maternity session in Gyeongju the previous year.  Little Charlotte was still in her mom’s belly and we had a great time shooting in historic Gyeongju, which was a special place for the expecting couple.

Fast forward a year later and Charlotte is about to turn one.  I was thrilled when Joanna contacted me to photograph her family once again.  This time our location was Ulsan.  We started in the morning at their favorite cafe, Hands Coffee, where the family spends a lot of time.  Charlotte was very comfortable here and she had fun roaming around the coffee shop and playing with the staff.

Our next location for the day was Taehwaru Pavillon along the Taehwa river.  Here we added a bit of Korean flavor to our photos.  Charlotte also had a great time practicing her walking skills.

All in all, it was another great day out with the Parker family.  It’s always a pleasure working with repeat clients and seeing their family grow.  I hope our paths cross again in the future!
