A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working with Maranda and Denis. They wanted some post-wedding portraits at Seoul’s Palaces. We chose Changdeokgung and Changgyeonggung because they are connected, basically giving you two palaces in one. They are also relatively less busy, especially Changgyeonggung, and each has its own unique vibe that would make great backgrounds for our session.
Maranda decided to go with a longer package, which would give us time for several wardrobe options. This was great because we could take full advantage of the various backdrops and give each part of the shoot a more unique feel. I really like the variety of looks we got out of this session.
As it was the tail end of winter, the day was pretty chilly and got even more so as the sun went down. However, Maranda and Denis were troopers and we had a great time making images. Below are some of my favorite photos from the session.
